    Follow our five simple steps to obtain the cheapest delivery quotes!

    Step 1: Select 'Post Your Job'

    Step 2: Enter details of your consignment.

    Step 3: Receive FREE quotes from registered transport companies.

    Step 4: You can liaise directly with any transport company & review their profile at any time – not only when you have decided to go ahead.

    Step 5: Exchange Details directly &book your consignment

     

    Step 1: Select ‘Post Your Job'

    Step 2: Enter details of your consignment.

    After you have selected ‘Post Your Job’, you will need to enter your consignment details into our quote request form. The more information you enter, the more accurate your quotes will be.

    A simple quote request process means that you don't have to spend your time giving the same detail to numerous providers. One quick post provides multiple responses.

    Information we will require includes:

    • A description of what it is you need to move including dimensions & weight
    • Details of the collection and delivery locations
    • Whether your request is just a quote or an actual job ready to move (you will see more responses for actual jobs)

     

    Step 3: Receive FREE quotes from registered transport companies.

    Match:

    Once you have submitted your quote request we'll match it against 100s of registered transport companies. Those that match your requirements are then invited to submit a quote.

    Alert:

    Each time a company submits a quote we will send you an email alert notifying you that a new quote has been received. To view and compare quotes simply click the link on the email & login to freightoption.com, your quotes are available under the ‘My Posted Jobs’ tab.

    Questions:

    Some transport companies may need further information before submitting their quote. If so, we will send you an email alert notifying you when a question is asked. We have created a private message board (PMB) for you to communicate directly with the freight companies, we do not censor this communication or forbid you from exchanging contact details like some other freight comparison sites.

    Privacy:

    To guarantee privacy all your personal contact details are kept hidden from transport companies to prevent any unwanted calls or emails.

    Step 4: Choose a quote that's right for you

    Although we carefully select our transport partners and conduct checks to ensure their reliability we do recommend that you do the following prior to accepting any submitted quotes:

    • Read profiles and business information of the transport companies
    • Ask any questions via our secure messaging system

    Once you have reviewed all submitted quotes and have decided to accept a particular offer, you can simply exchange contact details via the Private Message Board (PMB) or obtain contact information from the providers profile.

    Step 5: Book the consignment

    That’s it ! – we do not charge you a deposit to book or anything like that. We are simply matching Freight companies with shippers. We make money by providing direct targeted quotes to transport companies, not by charging shippers extra… We feel that the best way for us to grow is providing a platform & service to manufacturers & shippers that makes their lives easier & saves them money.
